Well Lee is gone for the week in Florida with some friends. I couldn't go because of work... and it ended up being the best thing anyways as I've come down with a cold/flu.... Dis-gusting!
Anyways, after 2 days of watching Sex and the City and Iron Chef marathons, I decided to try to be productive....
So I tried my hand at making lemon meringue pie....what do ya think? The filling came out a little runny, but at least the meringue looks pretty :-)

The pie looks GREAT! Lemon merengue is Dad's favorite. Maybe you could make it for Thanksgiving.
